Role details:
The Vice President of Finance and Administration is a national leadership role of which you'll be developing and meeting locally with Investment Services VP's which you'll begin hiring from within your District and nationally (online). Travel is minimal as aside from quarterly corporate conference meeting weeks, your in-person presence is only required within your local District, yet we enable you to leverage online tools to create, lead, and champion your leadership style to develop a team of Investment Services VP's nationally as well.
When your first VP of Investment Services processes your Division's first syndicate minimum, you'll immediately net:
$200,000 (not including stock options)
If you personally process your first syndicate group, you'll personally immediately net:
$1,000,000 (not including stock options)
If you're a top performer leading other top performers, you'll net 5x to 10x or more of those above figures.

If hired for this role you will make your own schedule and decide how much or how little to work as a contract Vice President of Finance and Administration representing VOWAS.org in your Region/District. You'll begin earning large stock options in your first year (see http://www.vowas.org/stock). Compensation for your role includes:
You'll complete a company-paid certification which prepares you for your role.
With good performance (at least an 80% Performance or Effective Rating) through your first twelve weeks, you have the opportunity to progress from a representative to an associate level stock earning role which includes larger stock options. One of the reasons the stock package is larger than the norm is to enable more individuals to earn sufficient assets to re-invest in new industrial Economic Development areas.

- a base of thirty (30) shares of stock per hour worked ($600 hourly*)
- up to an 8% Revenue share on organizational clients and individual clients you personally enroll into the VOWAS.org seed capital round: http://www.vowas.org/syndicate
- up to a 4% override Revenue share on organizational clients and individual clients your or your team or network of associated representatives personally enroll into the VOWAS.org seed capital round: http://www.vowas.org/vowasdeck
- up to a 1% override Revenue share on all group syndicates processed through your leadership
- sign-on bonuses as approved

Expectations:
- Leads the VOWAS.org Investment Services Vice Presidents in top level guidance and support
- Assists in facilitating, coordinating, trust account deposits from clients during seed capital fund raise as well as assists in distributing disbursements for expenses on funds
- Readies organization for First Round audited fund raise by preparing all applicable documents and completing requirements
- Collaborate with executive team to strategically analyze opportunities to decrease expenses
- Monitor systems and VP's operations to detect potential problems
- Maintains support communication between all departments
- Provide technical direction and guidance to team members and clients when needed
- Provide quality assurance review of new and existing clients for additional opportunities
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in investment banking, financial management , wealth management, hedge fund leadership, or broker team leadership
- IPO experience preferred
- Fundamental knowledge of internet technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Two smart devices (a phone, tablet, and/or laptop) with a high speed (2MBPS upload and download) mobile data plan required
- Must speak English fluently
- Must hold a valid US Driver's License
- Must be authorized to work in the US (a citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid work visa or free trade visa)
