Educational Leadership Representative
You'll:
You'll be empowered to work remotely with us, meeting qualified individuals in their own home, their office, or in a neutral location.
If chosen for an interview, you'll first review critical material to understand the new offerings and their requirements, after which you'll complete a test to achieve accreditation (costs are covered by our organization) as an Educational Representative. Depending on your test results, you may also be immediately approved to onboard as a Senior Director (higher immediate compensation) with our organization.
Our organization has a five year contract helping accelerate access to these new benefits and services, which are being made available to all US citizens and US organizations. Registrants use an App (via their smartphone or computer) to manage and access their benefits. Qualified leads are continually made available to Educational Representatives as they successfully progress with registrations.
Compensation offerings for this role can include:
- an weekly cash base up to $500/week
- performance incentives from an average of $250 up to $1,000 per registration and opt-in meeting (single households)
-performance incentives from an average range of $1,000 up to $5,000 per registration and opt-in meeting (small to medium sized groups)
-opportunity to advance into a Senior Director role, if approved and when applicable, which enables additional revenue
If you're approved to complete an interview and screening, you'll automatically receive:
-a bonus of 5,500 shares of stock* at the successful completion of screening*
If you're approved and begin the role, you'll receive:
-a Sign-on bonus stock offer of up to 494,500 shares of stock* which is split into deposits and transferred monthly into your stock holdings account. Depending on your results thru screening, you can earn a stock vesting schedule which results in the total amount of stock shares being deposited in as early as 36 months (or, as soon as the Initial Public Offering date, which ever occurs first)
*Per Depat.org regarding Upkii, if your stock is at:
$9.95/share x 500,000 shares = $4,975,000 , which would be your estimated Bonus stock cash value after vesting.

-at least one year of experience in sales or group educational presentations
-a Bachelor’s degree

-experience in marketing or leadership
-speaks English fluently
-a smart phone with a high speed data plan
-a laptop or tablet with a high speed data plan or the ability to hotspot from your smartphone
- helps educate individuals on new benefits and services offerings available to them
- helps educate organization ownership (majority owners) on new benefits and services offerings being made available to their organization and their workforce members
- identify an individual's corresponding USOs cash values
- identify an organization's corresponding USOs cash values
- accelerates an individual's USOs registration and registration approval
