Certified Advisor

If you're a Wealth Adviser, Fund Manager, Broker, or work at a bank or credit union, there are a limited amount of positions in each Congressional District available to become accredited through Depat.org as a Certified Advisor to provide guidance on VOWAS and/or other pre-IPO organizations.

Certified Advisors help network contributors together to increase their chances at the best possible pre-IPO certificate allocation.

If an individual or organization is contributing more than $10,000 annually, they consult directly with a Depat.org Certified Advisor who is authorized exclusively by VOWAS to fast track that individual or organization to a group syndicate for Financial Protective Pooling (FPP) while facilitating funds-for-pre-IPO stock certificate exchanges for specially allocated amounts of pre-IPO stock when certain group syndicate tiers are reached. Syndicate groups are split into separate pools: a pool for individual contributors and a pool for organization contributions, are established per state, and assigned within the state(s) which the individual(s) or organization(s) register as their resident state, or headquarters state. Once the contributors within the group syndicate have reached one of the applicable contribution tiers, Depat.org proceeds with processing additional shares of stock allotments to the contributors (individuals or organizations) in the syndicate.

To maintain fiduciary standards, the Advisor will:
  1. have an opportunity to review a public disclosure all VOWAS contributions and planned VOWAS disbursements describing use
  2. enable contributor prospects to complete an syndicate application and FastTrack process to facilitate the acceleration of a funds-for-pre IPO stock exchange. Example: http://www.vowas.org/fasttracksyn123
  3. enable contributor to deposit into the verified VOWAS business banking trust account at an approved FDIC bank the funds-for-pre-IPO amount and within 3 business days provide the contributor a receipt based on their contribution tier and funds-for-pre-IPO exchange rate which is registered with Depat.org verifying the pre-IPO stock holdings
  4. utilize a third party organization to verify the total stock share disbursements to the syndicate group members

The VOWAS pre-IPO round may close at any time and without any previous notice.
