VOWAS Global Offices Plan
Growth coding #871 based on assigned geographic zones
VOWAS was created to improve benefits for all including workers, volunteers, retirees, disabled, impoverished, sick, or near death, and per the United States Division of Innovations and Beta Services (USDIBS) board and the UNDIBS board , plans are to eventually phase out unsatisfactory social safety net provisions granted through national programs such as Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and a number of other insufficient welfare and social programs serving the impoverished, the lower class, and the middle class.
From a 2020 to 2035 growth and planning perspective, VOWAS will have an office in every county in the USA*, ultimately replacing Social Security offices, and will have a VOWAS office or licenses affiliate office in every county/territory in each of the United Nations and Universal habitation areas.
*As of 2016, there were 3,007 counties, 64 parishes, 19 organized boroughs, 10 census areas, 41 independent cities, and the District of Columbia for a total of 3,142 counties and county-equivalents in the 50 states and District of Columbia.
