Role details:
You'll be meeting clients locally in your District, and nationally (online). You'll choose your own schedule, pre-qualifying individuals in their local communities for VOWAS.org benefits and services access and/or a funds-for-pre-IPO stock exchange in the limited, private seed round being offered by VOWAS.org (GS Partners Inc.). 

Depending on your existing skills, and your speed of successful execution of your role, an average performer can make within their first 12 months from:
$145,000 to $275,000 (not including stock options)

If you're a top performer leading other top performers, you'll make two to four times above those figures.

Travel is minimal as aside from quarterly corporate conference meeting weeks, your in-person presence is only required within your local District, yet we enable you to leverage online tools to create, lead, and champion your leadership style to develop others nationally as well.

​Details:
​You'll complete a company-paid certification which initially tests your performance and begins to prepare you for your role. On top of other incentives, for every minute you work with us you'll earn stock (http://www.vowas.org/stock) from GS Partners Inc (VOWAS.org) and applicable revenue shares, overrides, commissions, and/or bonuses (http://www.vowas.org/syndicate).

Compensation offers for your role may include:
  • cash stipend of $300/week​ up to $600/week depending on your screening performance
  • stock base options of fifteen (15) shares of stock hourly (estimated stock cash value of $300/hour*)
  • commissions which ranges from an average range of $15/hour (low income household or organization) up to $450/hour (above average household or organization) on organizational clients and individual clients you personally enroll into the VOWAS.org seed capital round (http://www.vowas.org/syndicate)
  • weekly override commissions on each Fund Advisor's seed capital round production in your Division, from an average range of $100 weekly (5 division members) up to $3,000 weekly (150 division members) on organizational clients and individual clients the Financial Consultants in you Division personally enroll into the VOWAS.org seed capital round (http://www.vowas.org/vowasdeck) commissions per each individual VOWAS household enrollment from an average range of $56/hour (1 household member) up to $527/hour (5 household members) or more as your division grows
  • commissions on households completing applicable Section B VOWAS VIP enrollment commissions per each individual head of household enrollment which ranges from an average range of $15/hour (low income household) up to $450/hour (above average household) or more for higher income households
  • weekly override commissions on each Fund Advisor's VOWAS member enrollment production in your Division, from an average range of $161 weekly (5 division members) up to $4,826 weekly (150 division members) or more ​as your division grows
  • opportunities for leadership and/or profit sharing opportunities if you advance yourself quickly
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus stock cash**

A successful Fund Advisor, after their first four weeks has the opportunity to advance into a Vice President role which includes higher commissions and overrides in your Division. You'll champion your own Division by involving other qualified VP's and Fund Advisors.

With good performance (at least an 80% Performance or Effective Rating) through your first twelve weeks, you have the opportunity to progress to a representative level stock earning role which includes larger stock options.

Job Type:
  • Contract to hire
  • Part time to full time - choose your own schedule (evenings, weekends, and/or normal business hours)

Expectations and requirements:
  • Five (5) year track record in either Financial Services, Banking, Investment Sales, and/or Business Development with a strong emphasis in sales
  • Experience in IPO or pre-IPO preferred
  • Provides leadership, coaching, mentoring, and strategic guidance to those in your Division
  • Collaborate with executive team to strategically analyze opportunities to increase market penetration
  • Lead in weekly personal production best practices and assist in leading field marketing and branding

Qualifications:
  • BS or BA degree preferred
  • Previous experience in c-suite or VP level, or at least 5 years in Business Development or Sales
  • Fundamental knowledge of internet technologies and online systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Deadline and detail-oriented​
  • Two smart devices (a phone, tablet, and/or laptop) with a high speed (2MBPS upload and download) mobile data plan required
  • Must speak English fluently
  • Must hold a valid US Driver's License
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (a citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid work visa or free trade visa

If you are the breadwinner for your household and are out of work, or in between careers, and choose not to maintain your current healthcare insurance program, on top of our compensation packages you also may be able to qualify for a Benefits Bridge program which can include a health insurance plan and other incentives.
