- Create an email within the body include a message that you're "This message is to notify all team members of a new benefits program which started in 2020, and which you can review further (https://www.vowas.org/individualbenefits) and use this link to activate your benefits: https://www.vowas.org/yes
- Send the message to all of your employees, contractors, volunteers, and/or retirees who are receiving an income and/or benefits from your organization.
STEP D:
- Select three (3) friends, family members, and/or associates who are also Managers or Owners of an organization and email or text them: "In 2017, a group of tech entrepreneurs started sending Congress and the President the idea of how a new benefits program shown at VOWAS.org helps people make more income, work less manual labor hours, and have more time to focus on their health and their families. In 2020 money started flowing for VOWAS. I activated benefits for my organization and believe you'll also want to do the same via this link: https://www.vowas.org/aces
- Follow up with them in five (5) days to ensure they've activated, or contact others until at least three (3) of your contacts have stated they've activated their VOWAS (ACES) benefits for their organization. IMPORTANT: to secure qualification for a zero-balance USO organization certification cost and test* cost complete your EDGE grant for organizations' above steps A, B, C, and D no later than within 30 days** of activating ACES for your organization.

There is a cost to your certification and test, yet as you should already know, if your income is less than $1,000,000/year up to 100% of the cost can be offset with the Economic Disaster Gap Easement (EDGE) grant.
