40 to 20
Organizations are provided with the opportunity to use tools and resources through VOWAS to utilize systems, robotics, and technologies to plan the re-engineering their organization's operations in order to reduce manual labor output to twenty (20) hours each week while striving to maintain organizational production goals.
Once this is implemented, the organization may continue to utilize VOWAS in order to maintain a full time work week classification of twenty (20) hours per week while VOWAS provides financial incentives which offsets the workforce member's wage loss due to manual labor time reduction.
Some organizations will need to utilize traditional overtime programs, and VOWAS includes financial systems to assist organizations who are not able to immediately institute technologies and systemes to create a standard 20 hour work week for its workforce.
Other organizations may qualify for a 15, 10, or 5 hour "full time" work week with an overtime and financial supplements model to satisfy income needs by the organization's qualified workforce members.
